Who We Are
Advanced Engineering and Marine was built on over 14 years of hands-on trade experience across mining, marine, industrial plant, and civil construction — the kind of broad-spectrum knowledge that only comes from doing the hard yards on real jobs.
AEM was founded because we were tired of watching corners get cut. Too many jobs done twice because they were not done properly the first time. AEM exists to fix that — every repair, every install, every fabrication is held to the highest standard, no exceptions.
Our team operates out of Perth's south, with a fully equipped workshop and a fleet of service vehicles ready to deploy. The workshop handles precision machining, hydraulic rebuilds, and diesel overhauls while our field trucks carry enough tooling to tackle most breakdowns on the first visit.
When you call AEM, you speak directly to one of our qualified tradesmen — not a call centre, not a receptionist. We assess the job, give you a straight answer, and get the right people on it. That direct, no-rubbish approach is what AEM was built on.
